Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and agreements between Zakir Hajj Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our customers (“you” or “traveler”) for all Hajj, Umrah, and related travel services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as per package details.
Final payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
2. Services Provided
We arrange flights, accommodation, visa processing, transport, meals, and guided tours as per your chosen package.
The quality and location of hotels, flights, and transport are subject to availability at the time of booking.
3. Visa and Travel Documents
We will assist with visa applications, but final approval rests solely with the Saudi authorities.
You must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from travel date) and provide all required documents on time.
4. Health and Fitness
Pilgrims must ensure they are physically and medically fit for travel and pilgrimage activities.
Necessary vaccinations (as required by the Saudi Ministry of Health) must be completed before travel.
We are not responsible for any medical issues arising during the trip but will assist in emergency situations.
5. Changes and Cancellations
If you cancel, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, flights, or hotels due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, airline changes, or government regulations.
In the case of force majeure events (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, political unrest), refunds or rescheduling will follow applicable policies.
6. Responsibilities of the Traveler
Follow all Saudi laws and pilgrimage guidelines.
Respect group timings, instructions from guides, and the sanctity of the holy sites.
Any misconduct may result in removal from the group without refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We act as an agent between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost belongings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
